The frustration of reading poorly written case law summaries and digests online or from low-quality pocket books was a challenge we faced at university. Also, we wanted more than just dry, difficult-to-understand case content; we needed engaging, informative, and accessible resources to help us truly grasp case law.

This shared experience was the driving force behind the creation of Case Law Notes. We envisioned a platform that could offer what we wished we had during our LLB studies: comprehensive resources that break down complicated case judgments into digestible, easy-to-understand formats.
